After completing treatment, Jimmy retired and spent most days with Heath at his shop in Greenwood, working on his collection of cars and motorcycles and visiting with family and friends who stopped by.
He is survived by his wife, Patty; his daughter, Candace Lea and husband Trent of Fayetteville and their 2 daughters, Camryn and Emerson; his son, Heath and wife Loren of Fort Smith and their children, Corbin and Collins and one brother, David Borum and wife Debbie of Fort Smith.
Jimmy fought a courageous nine-year battle with lung cancer and never complained. God gave him the gift of time to create lasting memories with each of his four grandchildren. Jimmy lived life to the fullest! He was loved by many and will be greatly missed.
