James Edward Shumaker, 54, of Lavaca, passed away on August 5, 2021. He was born February 11, 1967 in Henderson, Nevada to John Raymond Shumaker and Wilda Spoon.
He was preceded in death by his father John Shumaker.
James is survived by one daughter Melony Farris (Daniel) of Sallisaw, OK; one grandchild, Faithlyn Farris of Sallisaw, OK; mother, Wilda Spoon of Lavaca, AR; four brothers, Rodney, Tommy and Scott Shumaker all of Lavaca and Bill Johnson of Las Vegas, NV; numerous extended family and friends.
Memorial service will be 10 AM, Tuesday, August 10, 2021 at Edwards Funeral Home Chapel. Services are entrusted to Edwards Funeral Home.
