Frederick N. Stevenson

He retired from the DuPont Company after 41 years of service, and was a WWII Navy veteran having fought in seven major engagements, in the European and Pacific Theatres. He was a member of Mount Lebanon Methodist church in Wilmington, Delaware.

Frederick was preceded in death by his wife, Carol E. Stevenson, and is survived by 3 daughters; Pat Stevenson of Houston, TX, and Deanie Mehl and husband Kurt of Fort Smith, AR, and Sandi Maddock and husband Kirk of Warwick, New York. He is also survived by his 8 grandchildren; Sandy and Drew Greek, Rachel Vederman, Jessica Reasons, Jenny and Steven Mehl, Ryan and Kristen Maddock.

Visitation will be Monday, February 15, 2010, from 5:00 P.M. – 7:00 P.M. at Edwards Funeral Home

Services and burial will be in Wilmington, Delaware under the direction of Chandler Funeral Homes.

Honorary Pallbearers will be: Kirk Maddock, Kurt Mehl, Drew Greek, Ryan Maddock, Steven Mehl, and Stuart Reasons.
