Emmett Haralson

Emmett James Haralson, Age 82, passed away on October 11, 2024. He was born on November 3,1941 to Jodie and Frankie (Morris) Haralson. Emmett worked and retired from Whirlpool Corporation. Emmett was a very vibrant man who never met a stranger. He could light up a room with his friendly mannerism. He loved to hunt, fish, call the Hogs (Razorbacks), spending time with his brothers and four-legged fury pets.

Emmett is survived by his four children: James (former daughter-in-law Cheryl), Brian (daughter-in- law Gail), and two daughters Karen and Tracey. His brothers, Joe (Carol) & Danny Fondren.

Sisters, Mary Sue (Bill), Betty, Sandy (Mike) and Teresa (Bobby).

Eight grandchildren; Cameo, Jana, Justin, Matthew, Christopher, Jennifer, Amber and Paige. He is also survived by a number of great grandchildren as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Emmett is preceded in death by his former wife, Mary Humphrey and brothers Robert (Bobby), David Lee and sisters June and Anita.

Visitation will be from 10:00 am to 11:00 am Thursday, October 17, 2024 at Edwards Funeral Home Chapel, Funeral service will start at 11:00 am, immediately following the visitation.
