Ella Belle Smith Baker, 92 of Van Buren passed away Sunday, November 6, 2011. She was born August 22, 1919 in Monroe, Oklahoma to the late Otha and Tinnie Smith. She was a member of the Baptist Faith and a Homemaker. She was preceded in death by her husband Ray A. Baker.
Private services and interment are under the direction of Fentress Mortuary of Fort Smith.
She is survived by her daughter Annette Baker of Van Buren, son Richard Baker and his wife Jackie of Fort Smith; four grandchildren: Randall Shaw of Kennesaw, GA and Sabra Shaw of Montogomery, IL and Dalton and Dax Baker both of Fort Smith, one great grandson Patrick Shaw Kennesaw, GA. She is also survived by two brothers Estle Smith of Okmulgee, OK and Elgin Smith of Kingman, AZ.
Pallbearers will be Randall Shaw, Dalton Baker, Dax Baker, Kevin Treece, Dennis Geren, and Wes Robertson.
