Mamaw was the funniest person who lit up any room with laughter. 95 years on earth embodying hard work, resilience, and love. There is so much we will miss about Mamaw— her chocolate pie, her facial expressions, her stories, her love for sweets, her laugh, but most of all the love she had in her heart. We would give anything to give her a phone call, get comfy on her couch and talk about life, or even to vacuum her green carpet just one last time for her. Now we cling to the stories that make us laugh until we cry. This isn’t goodbye, it’s see you later.
Pallbearers will be Hunter Pogue, Nickolas Cadelli, Drake Price, Caleb Dickerson, Colt Shelby, and Owen Shelby.
