was born on September 24, 1933 in Waterford, MS to the late George and Ruby Cooper
Billingsley. Barbara attended Central Christian Church in Fort Smith. In addition to her parents,
Barbara is preceded in death by her husband, Richard Emerson Norris.
She is survived by her daughter, Kathy (Richard) Cazzell of Fort Smith; a step-daughter, Jeanne
(James) Flores of Leander, TX; a sister, Patricia Swift of Jackson, TN; a brother, Lynn Billingsley of Hot Springs, along with 6 grandchildren: Brittney (Topher) Moore, Jeffrey (Christina) Cazzell, Jesse (Kelsey) Cazzell, Joe (Megan) Cazzell, Lydia (Seth) Flood, and Bethany (Jason) Nopajaroonsri; and 18 great grandchildren: Chloe, Jaxon, Truett, Esther, Graceyn, Lillian, Elijah, Ross, Cole, Natalie, Eden, Liam, Millie, Clara, Owen, Annalie, Coen, and Eva.
The funeral service will be 10:00 am Tuesday, November 21 at Edwards Funeral Home Chapel, with the visitation from 9:00am to 10:00am, one hour prior to the service. Interment will be at the Fort Smith National Cemetery.
