This photo was Brent's last trip east when Paul, Roy and Brent surprised us during a visit to Nova Scotia in 2018. 

Dearest Rose and family

So very sorry for your loss.  I just found out today that Brent had passed.  I enjoyed working with Brent during our time at Shred it.  Although we hadn't seen each other for some time, I considered him a friend.  He was a good man and will be missed.

Wishing you and your family comfort and  joy in the many wonderful memories you have of him.

It is so hard to believe that he is gone.  He was the one who would turn up at our home unannounced in NS or NB or NFLD and just say Hi Cuz!  or  the phone would ring and he would say Hi.  Even as a kid, he was the one who would just appear out of nowhere, especially if you were playing alone - he just seemed to know when you could use a friendly hello or needed to touch base.  His heart was so big, especially to anyone in need of anything. We will all miss him dearly and send our thoughts and prayers to you all.  Carol and Jim
