Alice Hrabec

Mrs. Alice Hrabec, late of Fort Saskatchewan, passed away on Thursday, February 2, 2012 at the age of 79 years. She is survived by her loving family, husband of 35 years, Peter; 5 children, Doug (Helen), Ed, Betty Garland, Audrey Osinchuk, Steven (Marie); 7 grandchildren, Kevin (Brandi), Carmen, Michael (Courtney), Chris, Jackie (Randy), Joanne and Samantha; 9 great-grandchildren, Blake, Stuart, Cameron, Andrew, Marcus, Deagen, Phoebe, Taylor and Kyra; her sister, Florence Moody as well as numerous other family and many dear friends.

She is predeceased by her first husband, Steve Sakaluk; her parents, Elizabeth and Philip Bischke; and 4 brothers and sisters, Clara Bonnet, Martha Fondricks, Harry Bischke and Edwin Bischke.

A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, February 10, 2012 at 11:00 AM in First United Church, 10409 – 100 Avenue, Fort Saskatchewan. Donations in Alice’s memory gratefully accepted directly to Cross Cancer Institute, 11560 University Avenue, Edmonton, AB T6G 1Z2.
