Prior to retirement Joye was employed by K-mart in Vero Beach Fl.
Joye was a member of the Democratic Women’s Club of Vero Beach FL she was also member of First Baptist Church, Vero Beach, and Fl.
Survivors include sons Kenneth Long of Vero Beach, FL; Johnny Long and wife Jeanne Long of Crestview, FL; Grandchildren Amber, Jessica and Austin.
A funeral service will be on Thursday September 29, 2011 at 10:00am at Aycock Funeral Home, Fort Pierce, Fl. with Interment to follow at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens, Fort Pierce, FL.
