Ruth was the eldest daughter born to John and Anna Drotar in Detroit, Michigan. She was a graduate of the 1947/1948 class of Osborne High School, also in Detroit, Michigan.
She is survived by her younger Sister, Janet Kangas of Washington, Michigan, her three (3) children Sharon Frazho of Prescott, Arizona, Mark Leonardo of Northridge, California and Lauren Perkins of Fishers, Indiana; as well as her Son-In-Law Dean Perkins. She is also survived by her six (6) Grandchildren: Joseph, Christiana, Cavan and Mackina Leonardo and Cheyenne and Savannah Perkins, and her two (2) Nieces: Dawn Randazzo and Stacey Mack.
Ruth survived her husband of almost 29 years; Robert Wemple who passed October 30, 2023.
A funeral service for Ruth will be held Saturday, March 9, 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at St John of the Cross Catholic Church, 7550 26th St., Vero Beach, FL 32966. Following the funeral service will be a graveside service from 2:30 PM to 3:00 PM at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens, 6026 North Us Highway 1, Fort Pierce, FL 34946.
