Patricia was born in Paterson but her parents moved to Union City, NJ when she was very young.
Growing up in Union City, NJ she attended Roosevelt School from 1953 through 1962 and Union Hill High School from 1962-1666. In High School Patricia was a Majorette and was the Football Queen during her Senior Year.
Upon Graduation in 1966 Pat was accepted into an X-Ray technician program and obtained several acceptance letters from national airlines to become a Flight Attendant. As Patricia's life steered her into another direction creating a family at an early age she did however initiate her college career later in life. It is worthy of noting that Patricia had enough drive and energy to complete a Bachelor's Degree and Master's Degree at night while holding a Full Time Directorial Position at Juki International Sewing Products and maintaining a wonderful loving home for her family.
After moving from Union City, Patricia moved to Wayne, NJ where she resided from 1976 though 1992, after which she moved to Oak Ridge, NJ where she resided from 1992 through 1998. Patricia then designed and built her dream home in Lafayette, NJ where she resided from 1998 through 2017. At this point in life Patricia had enough drive and passion to pack up and move to Florida to design and build her ultimate home destination where she was proud and happy to gaze at her prized Areca Palm Trees in Vero Beach while sitting next her pool.
Patricia was an avid reader of thousands of books. She was a passionate gardener and enjoyed spending time with her loving family. Patricia lived an amazing colorful life where she loved to ski, travel, socialize and plan numerous events/parties for those she cared about.
Patricia will be sadly missed by her husband, Frank Lucia of 54 years and their two children;
Dawn Bartholomew and her husband Paul; Frank Lucia III and his wife Athena;
Three Grandchildren; Cory Little, Aaron Little and Melina Lucia; and her brother Albert Katzmark and his wife Judy.
Anyone that knew Patricia knew she was a caring, passionate and fun loving person with an endless capacity of energy and drive!
