Joseph Edward Gallagher Sr. of Vero Beach, FL. Passed away on February 7, 2019. Formerly of Philadelphia, PA. Joseph was a Veteran in the US. Marine Corp, serving in WWII. Preceded in death by his beloved wife Virginia E. Gallagher. He was a sales manager for Lorillard Tobacco Company for over 30 years, he originally started in Philadelphia and then made the transfer to Miami, FL. After retiring Joseph then went into the gas station business with his son Joseph Jr. Joseph is survived by his son Joseph Edward Gallagher Jr and daughter in law Susan Koeng; his sister Marge Smith; two grandchildren, Joseph Edward Gallagher III and Patrick Lee Gallagher Sr, and great grandson Patrick Lee Gallagher Jr.
Visitation for Mr. Gallagher will be held at 10:00 am on February 16, followed by a funeral service at 11:00 in the chapel at Aycock Funeral Home, 6026 N. US Highway 1, Fort Pierce, FL, 34946.
