Sharon and Michael. I am so sorry to read Greg’s obituary. I was just thinking of  you since I remember Sharon’s birthday is New Years Eve.  I know that you will have lifelong memories of Greg.  Enjoy the beach and the sun.

I am so sad to hear about Greg.  Even though we had not kept in touch, I still feel a hole in my heart.  Greg meant so much to me in our younger years, a big part of my life.  He was one of my closest friends, ever.  He was a confidante and a shoulder to cry on when I had "boy problems".  He was my surf and skateboard buddy.  So many memories-the Lighthouse Point gang, the beach, hanging out at the Holm house and pool, the Christmas parties, Gainesville.  I remember how happy he was when he met you, Sharon, so good together.  My heart is breaking for your loss.

      Greg has been a wonderful neighbor.  He always had a wave and a smile when out helping to walk the dogs.  We remember how excited he was to finally retire and feel like "every day seems like Saturday". His passing was a huge shock and great loss.  He will be truly missed. Our thoughts and prayers are with you at this difficult time.

There are no words to describe the sadness I feel hearing about Greg’s passing. I can only offer condolences to those that love and have loved him. 
And that is surely not enough.
Although it has been a lifetime since Greg and I shared a good laugh, a good book, a good song, a good meal, a good time, a good wave, good friendship or offered a shoulder of support… and we did share all of those things …I will always consider him a great lifelong friend, one of the most thoughtful, kind and intelligent men I have ever known and I cherish the times we shared as boys growing into men.
If there is a heaven I am sure he is there, maybe I’ll get a chance to try and beat him in ping-pong…one fine day.



So sorry to hear the passing of Greg. As a neighbor, it was always such a joy to see his friendly smile and wave with  the occasional neighborly conversation. The family's heavy on my heart and will be in my thoughts and prayers. 

I'm not sure who will miss Greg more, us or our 3 kitties he looked after when we would travel.  Greg was not only a great neighbor but he was a friend-he was always ready with a smile and a wave when we would walk our dogs around the neighborhood, graciously agree to cat sit, was up to attend fundraisers with us for ARC or Halo, or share a meal with us.  He will be missed and always loved.

There are no words to express the sudden loss of Greg. He will never be forgotten, and will be sorely missed by us all. Wish there was a way to make things better for you all. We are here for you always.
