Charlie was an Army veteran who served his country as a photographer. He was stationed in Honolulu, HI during the Korean Conflict, and his young bride Shirley was able to travel with him. Afterward, he returned to his beloved West Virginia where he was born and raised, and completed his B.S. in psychology. He worked for FMC until he moved his young family to south Florida in 1968, and loved it here since. He retired from Visual Graphics Corp. in 1999, at which time they moved to Port St. Lucie.
He loved to play the piano, was an avid golfer and sports fan, and enjoyed fishing, especially with his grandsons. He loved to be outdoors, and enjoyed spending time with his children, grandchildren, and great-children. He was a devout Christian and his faith in God was unwavering. May he rest in peace in Heaven, along with his wife Shirley, and continue to look over his loved ones.
