

Born in Portland, Maine, he moved to Ft Pierce. FL seven years ago, coming from
Ellington, CT.
Prior to retirement, Charles was self employed and the owner of the East Hartford and Manchester Aircraft Chapel Machine Shop.
He was a member of the Lakewood Park United Methodist Church in Ft Pierce, FL and was a friend and supporter of Bill W.
Charles attended Chevrus High School and graduated from Portland High School in 1949. He also attended Cathedral Elementary School.
He enjoyed golf and bowling and loved working on computers.
Survivors include his son, Theodore Cheslick of S. Glastonbury, CT; daughters, Bernadette Hansen of Port St. Lucie, FL; Donna Kizis, of Apache Junction, AZ, Carla Roberts of Manchester, CT, Anne Marie Lemaire of MA, and Jeanne Hurley of Stevensville, MD; nephew, John O’Brien of Coco Beach, FL and 10 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
He is predeceased by his wife Lois of 62 years.
