He is preceded in eternal life by His parents Herman and Theresia Boelstler (Reichert) who immigrated from Germany. First wife Brenda, two Brothers, GeraId and sister in-law Yvonne and a nephew Steve (Kara).
He is survived by his wife, Naomi Boelstler. Five children Richard (Cindy), Mark, Lynn, Kurt (Michelle) and
Doreen. Five grandchildren, Amy, Alan, Ryan, Allyssa, and Rachel. He also leaves behind nieces, Joan (God daughter), Christine, and Lisa. All whom he loved very deeply. He had a large base of friends and
neighbors that he enjoyed spending time with. He enjoyed many hobbies: boating, fishing, scuba, hunting, traveling, and just being outside watching the grass grow.
Walt is a graduate from Denby High School. He Served in Germany with US Armed Forces, 2nd armored
tank division, "Hell on Wheels." He attended Lawrence Tech University. He was employed and retired after 42 yrs of service from Chrysler Corp. as a designer and UAW Local 412 Chairman.
He was involved with his children in Boy Scouts where he Served as Troop Chairman for many years. Walt became a Certified Dive Master and chaired the Ford Seahorses Dive Club Shipwreck film Festival.
Walt was involved with many organizations throughout the years. He was a professional ballroom dancer and instructor. He was a strong believer In his Catholic faith. He became a Eucharistic Minister and associated with Marriage Encounter. His most recent participation was with Plymouth Owners Car Club.
Walter had a life well lived and shared. May he rest in God's warm light.
