Ruthie was born on January 28, 1930 in Wapakoneta to Albert Tangeman-and Mildred (Metzger) Tangeman-Schneider.
She attended St. Joseph High School, class of 1948.
She married Donald Reed of Columbus on July 15, 1965, in Wapakoneta. She had no children of her own but was loved by all her nieces and nephews.
She is survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews and longtime friends and in AZ, CA, CO, FL and OH. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, and her three sisters Alberta Schrader, Alice Shoup, and Lois Gill.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Saint Cecilia‘s Catholic Church, Fort Myers, FL.
