Russell, known to his loved ones and friends as Rusty, was a former DeMolay State Master Councilor, a successful business owner of Bruce Miller Air Conditioning, avid traveler, loving son and brother, proud father and grandfather, valued friend, and trusted advisor. He was known for his charm and wit, for being social and fun, for his bright and quirky fashion, his beautiful sense of style, and his generous heart.
He was preceded to Heaven by his father, Bruce. His survivors include his mother, Arnalee Miller; his sister, Joy Miller; his partner in life, love, and adventure, Debbie Voss, and her parents, Roger and Betty Wood; his children, Jordan Miller, Rachel and Vincent Zucchetto, Paige Miller, Whitney and Lora Miller-Bird, Tyler Voss and Rebecca Ellis, Jennevieve Ivey, and Sarah Ivey; his nieces and nephews, Peyton, Reise, and Braiden; and his grandchildren, Seyanna, Harper, and Theo.
