Robert Paul Leddick, 91 years young of Ft. Myers, FL (formerly of Flint, MI), passed away peacefully at Hope Hospice on Friday, June 21, 2019. Bob was preceded in death by son baby Michael who passed in 1960. Bob proudly served his country in the Army during the Korean Conflict as a Sergeant. After that, he worked for General Motors (Buick) as a machine repairman, retiring in 1980. Bob married Margaret, the love of his life. Through their 66 years of marriage, they enjoyed spending their retirement years in Ft. Myers, FL. Bob was an amazing Father who put all above his needs. We can all learn from who Bob was and how Bob lived...and loved...his life. Bob is survived by wife Margaret (McGaffigan), son Paul (Kathy), daughter Julie Bates (Bryan Fales), grandchildren Nicole (Rico) Rodriguez, Anthony Bates, Michael Bates, Jeff (Carey) Buterakos, Jennifer (Steve) Drobot, great grandchildren Michael, Zack, McKenzie, Kennedy & many loving friends. A life celebration memorial service to celebrate a life well lived will take place August 10, 2019, 11:00 AM at St. John Vianney Catholic Church in Flint, MI.
