Mildred F Sullivan

Millie (Mildred) married the late Sylvester Sullivan and raised their children: Sharon Sullivan and, the late, Michael J Sullivan. As a child, she helped her widowed mother care and support her siblings. She was 1 of 5 children born to the late Joseph and Pauline (Milowicka) Zelinski in the 1930's. The family immigrated from Poland in the early 1920's in hopes to escape war and famine. After living, working, and raising their children, the family decided to move to Colorado Springs, CO to be closer to Millie's sister Ann, her daughter Carol (Scott), and Carol's family. Millie's children also came along with Mike's family, allowing Millie, whom the children called 'Nani', to play a big part in her grandchildren's lives.

She is survived by Sharon, niece Carol (Scott) and her husband, nephew George Zelinski Jr. and his wife, great-niece Stacey (Scott) and her children, great-nephew Michael (Scott) and his wife and children, as well as her grandchildren: (step) Veronica (Embry) Shaprio, (step) Andrew Soto and his wife, Alicia Sullivan McKelvey and her husband, Christine Sullivan Olson and her husband, and Millie's adored great-grandchildren.
