Marvin Jozell Taylor

Marvin J. “T-Bird” Taylor, 62, resident of Fort Myers, FL, passed away (after his battle with cancer) on Sunday, September 6th, 2015 in the comfort of his home. Marvin was born May 30th, 1953 in Cleveland, OH to Lois Taylor. He is survived by his beloved wife of 6 years Gail, whom he met in 2006 while residing in Las Vegas, NV. He was the loving father of two beautiful daughters Ashley and Britney. Dear brother of Sharon, Marlowe and Chico. Admired uncle and friend to many. A graduate of the University of Toledo, he is also a distinctive man of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. T-Bird will always be remembered for his infectious personality and kind hearted spirit. He always had the ability to walk in any room and light up the place with his smile! He was someone you wanted on your guest list, because he was always down for a great time! His attitude towards life, made it easy for him to see the good in every situation, regardless the circumstances. Marvin’s huge heart made it easy for him to go above and beyond to help those he loved. He truly embodied what it meant to be a standup guy! When you hear his name you can't help but smile and laugh at some of the fun times shared with him. With those memories Marvin will live on in our hearts forever! Please offer condolences below.
