Luis lived his life helping people and was always there for everybody. He was an avid sports fan, but baseball and the New York Mets were his favorite. He enjoyed fishing and bowling as well as watching action movies in his spare time. Before he moved to Florida, he worked for SkyChef. After moving to Lehigh Acres, he enjoyed working for the Lee County School District.
Luis is survived by his loving wife, Lillian Rodriguez; children: Luis Jr., Cindy and Dannie; grandchildren: Joshua, Aubrey, Jayla, Anthony, Adyana, Michael, Leila, Sonaiya, Dannie Jr., Joseph and Caleb; siblings: Ana, Tomas, Lourdes, Edwin, Madeline, Noel, and Myrna. There were so many others who he considered his children, grandchildren, nieces and nephews, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, daughters-in-law and son-in-law.
A Celebration of Life will be held at Hodges Funeral Home at Lee Memorial Park 12777 State Road 82, Fort Myers, Florida on Saturday, November 9th from 2:00PM to 6:00PM.
