John spent 2 years in the Marine Corps before going to work for the New Jersey Transit for the next 35 years as a bus operator. He was never married. His hobbies were fixing things, taking pictures, coin collecting and going on road trips. He was also a big animal lover, especially dogs.
He retired to Florida to be closer to family. He enjoyed scotch, playing games and McDonald's.
He will be lovingly missed by his many nieces and nephews and cousins.
A funeral mass will be held on June 7th at 11:00am at the Queen of Peace Church, 10 Franklin Pl, North Arlington, NJ 07031, followed by interment at the Holy Cross Cemetery.
