Jack is survived by his loving wife Melody, step daughters, Christina Stewart and Elizabeth Woldridge , step grandchildren Monica Morris, Sara (Jordan) Prezioso, Crystal Woldridge, Katelyn (Brodie) Hamilton, Paige Driver, Justin Stewart, Megan Morris, David Morris, III and Tara Morris, step great grandchildren, Isaiah Prezioso, Andrew Prezioso, Jayden Woldridge, Phillip Nabors, Sandra Nabors and Ayana Hamilton, his Nephew Michael Landry and several other nieces and nephews.
Jack was predeceased in death by his step son David Morris, Jr., his sister Midge Lucci and his brother Thomas Landry.
Jack will be laid to rest at Lee Memorial Park at a later date.
