John Allan Hunt

John Hunt was raised in Springfield, MO. He graduated from a central High School and began his career in the stainless-steel manufacturing industry. He continued his career after moving to South Florida where he lived for 40 years.

John was an extremely talented musician and performer. From an early age, his love for music motivated him to play acoustic guitar, bass guitar and he was a wonderful singer. He shared his talent by performing with various local musicians and groups. John enjoyed being on stage entertaining generations of fellow music lovers like himself. His sense of humor always shone through both at home and in his stage presence. His countless friends and loved ones will greatly miss his influence and musical gifts.

John was a devoted husband to Vicki for 34 years, a loving father to Angela Steele (Gary) and Travis Blizzard (Krissy) and took great pride in his grandsons Hank and Max Steele. His mother, Norma Hunt, sister, Karla McHaffie (Craig) and grandnephew, Nathaniel (Kassidy), and their son, George, were deeply loved. John is preceded in death by his father, Earnest Hunt.
