It is with great sadness to announce the passing of James E. Heaney Sr. James was born on November 9, 1927 in Baltimore, Maryland and passed away on September 10, 2020 in Fort Myers, Florida at the age of 92.
His passion for tennis led him to earn the Senior Olympics Gold Medal multiple times. He was known for his mentoring within the community and his loyalty to his friends. James will forever be remembered by his children, Sandra, James Jr. and Patrick; 9 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren and Sister Dorothy. He was preceded in death by a son, Kevin.
