Jack Johnson, 82, of North Fort Myers, passed away on Saturday, March 24, 2012. He was born on April 21, 1929 in Monticello, Florida and was a graduate of Fort Myers High School in Florida. He served as a Cook in the United States Army and later spent 35 years as a Lee County Rural Letter Carrier in Lee County, Florida. He was a member of Christian Churches for 58 years.
He is survived by his loving wife, Janie M. Johnson (Craft); children, Richard & spouse, Jerry & spouse, Ronald & spouse, and John & spouse; 8 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; brother, Jimmy; and sister, Mary.
A Remembrance Celebration of his life will be held at First Christian Church, 2620 Country Club Blvd, Cape Coral, Florida on Tuesday, March 27, 2012 from 6:00 - 8:00 PM.
