I never knew this Koger family member or even this part of the Koger family. It seems that I missed out on meeting a wonderful man. I found him because he has the same name is my grandfather Herman Victor Koger from TN. So of corse I had to look and see where this would go. Karen, Jason, Veronica and other family members:  I just learned of the passing of Junior.  I want you to know that I have always known Junior was a special person.  I extend my condolences for your loss.  Mike and I often reminsice about Herman and how he went about getting things done.  Quiet, sincere, loyal and  friendly were some of his traits.  I am sure you will miss him.  Our prayers are with you.

Sorry to here that Jr has passed away he is my cousin only got to meet him 2 times. and I could tell right away he was a great man I wish I could have spent some time with all of you. I love you all and I will be praying for you.

Herman Koger was my friend. He had a heart of gold and would do anything for anybody if they needed help, he sure helped me alot, and I am thankfull for having a friend like Herman, you dont find many friends like him. Not only was he a friend of mine but he was a friend of my children as well. He loved to fish and he loved to work and he loved his family. I will miss the times we had together fishing as well as drinking a beer together and just talking. I do know Herman was right with the Lord for years, and in that it gives me peace in knowing I will see him again. But for now I will miss my friend, but only for a short while. May God Bless the Koger family and my prayers go out to them at this time of sorrow.

I am very saddened to hear of Junior's passing.  I worked with him way back in 1986 at Crews Septic Tank.  Many years later, I used his services at my Cape Coral home.  Junior was a good, kind-hearted man who would do anything for anyone.  His passing is indeed a loss and I count myself fortunate to have known him.

We are praying for you and your family during this difficult time. May God's love and grace be with you always.....

Junior as we know him had a heart of gold, a man of his word, and an honor to be called our friend !! He will be sorely missed !! We consider Junior and his family as part of our family, and our love and prayers are with them !! Goodbye our friend and may God keep you close !!

I don't know where to start- I knew JR back in the 1978---He and I worked for Crews Septic Tank in Ft.Myers- We spent many hours together working in the hot construction and listening to WSOR with J Byrl Sessions early in the am. Many times he feed me and I looked up to him with his will of intergrity of working hard and honest- we loved the Happy Goodman Family!!!!

Dad was a great man with a big heart. Dad & Mom opened there door, heart and family to me 23 yrs ago. Then when I started my family the welcomed my husband and my children in as there grandchildren.
