Helen V. Peterson, 82, of Lehigh Acres passed away Wednesday, July 20, 2022. She was born in Maryland on July 4, 1940.
Helen loved to laugh and enjoyed the birthday parties at her pool. Her home was the gathering place as she was instrumental in keeping the family together. She was a very welcoming woman and had a love for everything.
Helen was preceded in death by her parents, Vincent Joseph and Katherine Reed; her husband, Dale Larry Peterson; her son, Robert Dale Peterson; her sister, Katherine L. Reed and her brothers: Vincent Joseph Reed and John Reed. She is survived by her daughter, Katherine Peterson; granddaughter, Sarah Wells; sister, Margaret Ann (Michael) Goeb and her sister-in-law, Lynn Reed.
Inurnment will take place 10 am Wednesday, August 10, 2022 at Lee Memorial Park Cemetery 12777 State Road 82, Fort Myers, FL 33913.
