George E. Killam

He was preceded in death by his parents, Willie and Maud Killam; his children: Clifton, Leo, Leonard, Leon, Brian and Shane and many brothers and sisters. George is survived by his wife, Virginia “Ginger” Killam; Luella (Mark) Smith and Clint Killam; grandchildren: Amber Landon, Lakin Andrews, Falin Grider, Taylor Smith, Emily Smith, Braxton Killam, Casey Killam, Christopher Broadus and Paul Killam; 7 great grandchildren; Brothers: Tommy Killam and Charles Terry Killam; daughter-in-law, Brenda Killam; and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

George was a US Army veteran and a loyal Alabama football fan. When he wasn’t working, George enjoyed fishing, hunting and coaching football.

Visitation will be held Saturday, March 4 from 1:00 until the time of the Memorial Service at 2:00 at Hodges Funeral Home at Lee Memorial Park 12777 State Road 82 Fort Myers, FL 33913.
