Gene:  it was a shock to hear of your passing, but I’m sure you’re in a good place.  You were like a gruff older brother to me, and rightfully put me in my place several times. Take care in the afterlife, brother. 

Gene taught me to play pool - he was so kind that he would never tell me that I was “bad” - just that I was “coachable” - makes me smile to think about how tense he would get at pool playoffs and pace around. He was a great man, and will be missed

I loved Gene! So many memories of pool nights with him.  My prayers are with you and your family Lorelle!
