He served in The US Army during the Korean Conflict.
Charles is preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Thelma Myers, his daughters: Janice Pears and Barbara Heinzman and his granddaughter, Nicole Rogne-Brown.
He is survived by his children: Charles Myers, Jr., James Myers and Rose Myers; his grandchildren: Joni Lyn Myers, Larry Heinzman, Michael Heinzman, Rachel Moore, Brandy Gail Newton, Natasha “Taco” Robison and Tyson Brown; 11 great grandchildren; his brother, Raymond Myers; and his granddogs: Lexi Ann and Leo.
