Anica Amalia Tarabokija

Anica worked as a seamstress and enjoyed sewing. She was a devout Catholic who enjoyed praying the rosary. She loved to cook and bake – her Lozi were family favorites.

Anica is survived by her loving husband, Italo Tarabokija; her children: Nicole DeLorenzo, Anthony (Angie) Tarabocchia and Michael (Veronica) Tarabokija; grandchildren: Melissa DeLorenzo, Juliana (Matt Pearce) DeLorenzo, Maria DeLorenzo, Gabriel DeLorenzo, Tyler Tarabocchia, Dylan Tarabocchia, Allison Tarabokija and Michelle Tarabokija; great grandson, Eli Pearce; brother, Jean (Chantal) Picinic; brother-in-law, Robert Rozzo and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Antoine and Maria Picinic, sister Marie Rozzo, grandson Marc Tarabocchia and great granddaughter Ella Amalia Pearce.

Visitation will be held Thursday, November 21st from 7 to 9 pm at Hodges Funeral Home at Lee Memorial Park 12777 State Road 82, Fort Myers, Florida.

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 am Friday, November 22nd at St. John XXIII Catholic Church 13060 Palomino Lane, Fort Myers, Florida 33912.

Entombment will follow at Lee Memorial Park Cemetery 12777 State Road 82, Fort Myers, Florida. Memorial contributions in Anica’s name may be made to the Lymphoma Foundation of America.
