William Norman Orcutt III

Born on December 8, 1939 at Jackson Memorial Hospital, Mr Orcutt was a graduate of North Miami High School where he played football and met the love of his life Patricia Ann. They soon married and began their life together. William went on to build a distinguished career first as an electrician and the co-founder of Statewide Electric. His expertise and leadership later led him to Southern Wine and Spirits, where he made lasting contributions to that fast growing company.

William's life was marked by dedication and hard work, but also by a warm and generous spirit that touched those around him. His presence brought comfort and strength to many throughout his life.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Patricia Orcutt; his children, Cyndi Felton, Richard and William Orcutt; his brother, Robert Orcutt; his sister, Barbara Miller and his grandchildren Max and Lily Orcutt.

A visitation for William will be held Wednesday, April 9, 2025 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Forest Lawn Funeral Home, 2401 Southwest 64th Avenue, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33317. A funeral service will occur Thursday, April 10, 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM, 2401 Southwest 64th Avenue, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33317. A committal service will occur Thursday, April 10, 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens South, 2401 Davie Rd, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33317.
