Toni was born January 12, 1942, in Whales Guyana. Toni retired as a very success salesman for Appliances and lived at his home in Wilton Manors Florida. He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. He was preceded by his father, mother, brothers and sister.
He is survived by his wife Jasmattie Balkissoon, his children Toni Balkissoon (Jr.), Gena Clarke, Debbie Rampat, one sister (Aka, Daughter), and seven grandchildren.
A funeral service for Toni will be held Saturday, April 5, 2025 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at Broward Burial and Cremation, 1801 East Oakland Park Blvd, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33306.
