Shirley was a loving mother, grandmother, and friend to many. She was born on December 28, 1943 in Newburgh, New York to Roland Prunier and Anne Crawford. Growing up with her cousins in Worcester, MA she was known as the “leader of the pack” and they all followed her into mischievously fun and sometimes “edgy” adventures. She moved to Hollywood, Florida in September of 2000 to pursue her dream of living her life on the beach, which she did until her passing at her home with an ocean view.
Shirley, with her Ex Husband-James V Rivelli Jr had three children. She was a devoted mother and a doting grandmother who loved spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Shirley had a heart of gold and was always willing to lend a helping hand to anyone in need. She volunteered her time and resources to various charities and causes, and her kindness and generosity touched the lives of many.
Shirley is preceded in death by her son James V Rivelli III who passed away in September 2017, her granddaughter Jana J Rivelli who passed away in June of 2016 and her brother Chuck Prunier who passed away in August 2004.
She will be deeply missed by her family and friends, but her memory will live on forever. She is survived by her two sons, Scott Rivelli and his husband Arturo Ortiz of FL and Daniel Rivelli and his wife Susan Rivelli (Corridori) of MA; five grandchildren Joseph Rivelli of MA, Jodi Rivelli of MA, Jesse Rivelli of FL, Nicholas Rivelli of FL and Adam Rivelli of Israel; four great grandchildren Xavier Rivelli of MA, Amauri Rivelli of MA, Julie Rivelli of FL and Jenna Rivelli of FL; Four brothers, Roland Prunier and his wife Debbie Prunier of MA, Michael Brannon and his wife Janet of FL and John & Mark Gonzales both of TX; along with many loving nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
