Ronnie was born in Cleveland, Ohio on August 7, 1948 to Rosalind Levine and Martin Weintraub. He spent the majority of his life in south Florida, which he called home.
Ronnie was loved and will be missed by his son Bryan and his wife Melissa, his granddaughter Delia, his grandson, Max, and numerous relatives and countless friends, many of whom knew him most of his life.
Ronnie passionately loved music and worked in the industry in the ‘60’s and 70’s, which allowed him to meet and interact with many popular bands and artists of that time.
He also loved cars and had a penchant for spiritedly driving convertibles with the top down and his favorite music turned up. He was a charismatic, free spirit who thoroughly enjoyed the company of others. He loved to go to concerts and had a wide range of music tastes. He also loved to frequent local restaurants, where he was a regular and favorite of the staff. He was also a big kid at heart who was adored by his grandchildren for it.
A visitation for Ronnie will be held Tuesday January 18, 2022, from 1:30 pm to 2:30 pm at Forest Lawn Funeral Home South, 2401 Southwest 64th Avenue, Davie, Florida 33317, followed by a memorial service at 2:30 pm, which will be Livestreamed.
