Steven and I were heartbroken to hear about Nancy. We are so sorry for your loss. I know how much she loved you and those girls. I cherish the time I got to know and work with her starting out in our lives. All of you are in our prayers.

I did not know Nancy on a personal level.  I just knew her from the Crexent Business office here at work.  As a business owner here in the plaza, Nancy was my point of contact if I ever had a problem, or if something had to be fixed in my office.

Nancy was the consummate professional in every way.  She had all the great qualities of high level
employees and business owners.  Her customer service and communication skills were absolutely top of the line.

She was great at speaking to large groups or to you individually.

But the best part about her was her caring and friendly personality.   It was like you were talking to a good friend or a family member.

She just had that kind of charisma and that type of personality.  She was basically like the mom for this entire plaza and all of the businesses here.

I feel fortunate that I was able to work with and get to know Nancy even a little bit.   I think God has his favorites, and sometimes takes his favorites a lot sooner than we would like.

I would like to offer my deepest condolences to Nancy’s family, for whatever it’s worth.  She was really a special person. 

Nancy's life was an inspiration to us, as she loved God and her family with all of her heart. She legacy was evident and  was felt very profoundly during the funeral service. Danny's love for her and the family is also an inspiration to us. Our deepest condolences to the Rios family, as well as the extended family.  Our thoughts and our prayers continue to be with the family, while we are so inspired by your strength and courage! We know that God is with you.

It is with great sadness to hear about Nancy’s passing. I’ve known Nancy for over eight years at the business center. She always had a smile and a positive outlook which always made everyone’s day. She will be very missed. May God bless her family to not know such sad times.

Nancy was a very special woman, always positive and distinguished herself by her kind and respectful treatment towards others, she gave me a very warm welcome when I rented my first office in The Crexent; she supported and guided me in everything I needed, and she was always thinking on how to support me more during the transition; I had many conversations with Nancy, about our lives as mothers, our children, and family, she always sharing how proud she was from her daughters; it has been very sad news, I send my deepest condolences to The Rios Family, we will miss her forever.

Eleven years of friendship and it seemed to me that I had known her all my life, I have no words to express how much she meant in my life and how much I loved her.
