Joseph Herman Carter, 74 of Wellington, Florida entered into rest on Thursday, April 2, 2015. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 11, 2015 at 12:00 pm at Forest Lawn Funeral Home South in Davie, Florida. Joseph is survived by his loving wife Pauline, brothers, sister, children, foster children and grandchildren. Joseph will truly be missed.
