John Michael Diaz, age 40, of Davie, Florida passed away on Tuesday February 18, 2020. John was born October 20, 1979 in Miami, Florida.
A funeral service for John will be held Tuesday, February 25, 2020 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Forest Lawn Funeral Home South, 2401 Southwest 64th Avenue, Davie, Florida 33317.
John will be dearly missed.
