Blas Cepero Perez was born in Fomento, Santa Clara Cuba to Justa Maria Perez Herrera and Lutgardo Cepero on October 17th, 1937. He went to school in Las Villas, Cuba He married Clara Evangelina Quintana Egue on July 19th, 1968 in Las Villas, Cuba. He worked as a mechanic for more than 40 years
Blas Cepero Perez is preceded in death by Clara Evangelina Quintana Egue AKA Eva Quintana, his wife, his parents, brothers and sister.
