Kyle Anthony Smith 'Miskwaanahki' Bizhew Dotem of Naicatchewenin First Nation, Ontario passed away Tuesday, December 25th, 2018 at La Verendrye Hospital in Fort Frances, Ontario. He was born August 12th, 1997 in Winnipeg, Manitoba, the son of Gary (Crystal) Smith and Crystal Morrison.
Kyle loved visiting his family and friends. He enjoyed sharing food, music, movies, technology, taking pictures, singing, and dancing. Kyle enjoyed spending time watching over his nieces, nephews and cousins.
Kyle is survived his Grandparents Elsie & Richard Green, Joyce Morrison, Glenn Smith and Grace Redsky; Aunties Karen Foster (Curt), Jen Smith (Robert), Shantelle Krabill (Theodore), Darcelle Smith (Delano), Teresa Smith (Darren) and Shae-Lynn (Rhyse); Siblings Emery Smith (twin), Isaiah Morrison, Dakota Redsky (Keely), Trent Redsky, Kiersten Redsky (Keenan) Brianna Redsky, Tierany Smith and Abigail Copenace; as well as many more Uncles, Aunts and cousins as well as precious nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his Great -Grandparents Bessie and Don Morrison; grandfathers Cecil Redsky and Maurice Perrault and Uncle Glenn Smith Jr.
The Honorary Pallbearers will be Isaiah Morrison, Darian Smith, Mahengun Goodsky and Rudgar Kavanaugh
The active Pallbearers will be Mike Adams, Maheengun Shawanda, Beemus Goodsky, Glenn Smith, Darren Smith and Ryan Detweiler.
Visitation will begin 6:00 pm Friday, December 28th, 2018 at Naicatchewenin Community Hall. Traditional services will be led by Gilbert Smith on Saturday December 29th, 2018 10:00 am at Naicatchewenin Community Hall. Burial will be at Naicatchewenin Cemetery, Ontario.
