Aimee Rochelle Adams

She was born on September 4, 1980 to Calvin and Peggy Adams. She lived in the Fort Frances area all of her life, attending High School here and earning her Personal Support Worker Diploma at the local college. Earning that diploma was a proud moment for Aimee and she enjoyed working with the Elderly. She was always patient and kind and was known to be able to get a smile from everyone. She was a proud mother of three beautiful children, they were the light of her life and she cherished every moment with them. She was selfless and beautiful, everyone had a place in her heart and she wanted everyone to be safe and healthy. Aimee had many challenges the last several years but had turned a corner, she had found herself and was looking forward to the future.

She leaves behind her daughter Alex and her father John Spuzak; Sons Austin and Brady and their father Calvin Morrisseau Jr.; mother Peggy Adams; father Calvin Adams and wife Heikke; brother Mike and wife Michelle and their children Ethan, Naomi, Sierra, Ashton, Sam and Shayna and one great nephew Chucky; stepsister Felisha, special friend Clint Perreault as well as numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

Aimee was predeceased by her grandparents Ethel and Percy Adams and Jack and Muriel Marr and infant sister Tammy.

A wake will be held on Tuesday, October 29, 2013 at 6 p.m. at the Couchiching First Nation Multi Use Facility.

A Traditional Funeral Ceremony will be held on Wednesday October 30, 2013 at 10 a.m. at the Couchiching First Nation Multi Use Facility.

Cremation will take place following the service with a private family interment at a later date.

The pallbearers will be Ryan Adams, Rich Adams, Rob Adams, Gary Adams, Dale Adams, Vern Bruyere, Kevin Singleton and Sean Councillor.

The honourary pallbearers will be Shannon Singleton, Dianna Singleton, Jenn Singleton and Dana Jourdain.

The family gratefully requests that in memoriam donations be made at the Fort Frances CIBC to establish a trust for Aimee’s children.
