Kenneth J. Ambrose

Kenneth J. Ambrose, 75, passed away on February 23, 2021 surrounded by loved ones. Ken is preceded in death by his wife Joann (Nee Sipulski) Ambrose, his parents Alexander and Emily, and his brother Richard (Dolores) and Dennis (Diane). He is survived by his brother Allan (Karen) Ambrose, his children Keith (Betsy) Ambrose, Melissa (Christian) Ambrose-Gora, Jason Ambrose (Angelise Tomasino), his grandchildren Madison, Cameron, Emily, Jackson, and Annabel, along with many other family and friends that he held dear.

Ken was an avid fan of all sports, but he loved baseball. He greatly enjoyed his time coaching and watching his children play little league. In lieu of flowers, a donation in Ken’s honor can be made to the Brookfield National Little League Financial Aide Fund:

A memorial service in honor of Ken will be held, Saturday March 13, 2021 from Noon to 6pm at Woodlawn Funeral Home, 7750 West Cermak Rd, Forest Park, IL, 60613. In consideration of the safety of our guests and associates, Woodlawn Funeral Home will adhere to the current gathering restrictions in the state of Illinois, which allow 50 or fewer guests at services. Proper social distancing must be practiced and all guests will be required to wear face masks at all times. Thank you for your cooperation.
