Linda Ann Bryson

Linnda Adams Bryson, 65, entered Heaven on Tuesday, September 13, 2011 after a brief illness. A native of Cullowhee, NC, Linda was the daughter of the late Irvin Adams and the late Billie and Lester Adams. She was a 1964 graduate of Cullowhee High School and Southwestern Community College (IEC). She was an employee of K-Mart Apparel for 32 years. Linda is survived by her loving husband of 42 years, Walt Bryson; son Dee (Ronda) Bryson of Senoia, GA; daughter Brandy (Rocky) Wood of Locust Grove, GA; she was the adored “Pudd” to grandchildren, Devin Bryson, Hunter Bryson and Daesia Wood, and was eagerly awaiting the birth of her first great-grandchild in April.; brother Lee Porter; sisters Lib Sims and Gay Coggins, all of Pisgah Forest, NC; and several nieces and nephews. She also leaves behind her dog, Lacy. She was the most caring, loving, sharing daughter, wife, mother, grandmother and sister ever. She supported many causes; if someone was in need, Linda wanted to help. She was concerned about others, not herself; therefore she was an organ donor. Linda treasured spending time with family and friends. She was a wonderful cook, making everything with a pinch of love. A memorial service will be held at Parkway Garden Chapel, 1000 Forest Parkway, Forest Park, GA on Saturday, September 17, 2011 at 3:00 p.m. An online registry is available at www.parkwaygardenchapel.com.
