I have loved Joan for almost 30 years besides being a friend to me I called her Mom. Joan was a kind loving caring special person. I am heartbroken for the loss of this dear kind woman. I am so glad that she was in my life and I will cherish her always and I will never forget her. My heartfelt condolences to the family. Please know
your mother will be in many peoples hearts forever. 
Rest in Peace my dear Joanie. I will love you now and always.

We remember Joan Ruth Green from her life in Co-op City, Broun Place, Town House section.  Joan was always very kind and  supportive.  She spoke kindly and was always dedicated to her work in Occupational Therapy  and Rehabilitation to older adults.  We remember how she kept her schedule, everyday loading her car with materials for her day of teaching and creating.  All together Joan had six children Jill, Robin and Howie Green lived in the U.S.A. but three others lived in Israel.  We send our sincere condolences, may the family know, no more sorrow.
