I was one of Mr.Guy’s defendant’s he defended in court and throughout the years I would stay in contact letting him know of my achievements and accomplishments. By him getting the judge to understand my situation and getting me the help I needed, I am in better place today. Thank you Mr Guy  Oksenhendler for all that you did for me.Best lawyer I ever had!!! Guy was an outstanding lawyer, who graced our lives with a beautiful smile and wonderful presence.  Guy will be thought of fondly and missed.  Wow.

I think I met Guy for the first time at the same trial Jeremy Orden mentioned. I watched him grow into the outstanding attorney he became, and always enjoyed his FB posts, which were so often about the family he loved so much. I saw him on February 5 and we chatted briefly. My sincere condolences to his family, friends, colleagues and clients. Baruch Dayan Ha’amet.

I am so very sorry to hear of Guy's passing.  He was such a tremendous and positive presence at Trinity College, and every time I ran into him later in our "grown up lives" he was exactly the same.  He will most certainly be very, very missed.

I met Guy about 30 years ago when I tried a major case in the EDNY. Guy was a young lawyer assisting another lawyer in the case. He struck me then with his easy and outgoing personality along with his intelligence and his amazing smile that is captured so well in the photo you posted here. During the last 30 years or so, I would often run into Guy (always with that magical smile)  in and around the courthouses of NYC. It was always a pleasure to share a few words with him here and there and to see his many FB posts which usually displayed how proud he was of his daughters. I ambit saddened and in shock upon just learning of his death. May your grief and sadness pass quickly and may you always remember the beautiful person he was.

Guy was a beloved friend of mine while we attended Trinity College together. He brought warmth and friendship to me at a time when I needed his warmth, humor, and kinship so very much. He always made me laugh and smile and hanging out with him made me a happier person. He truly was so big hearted, one of the good ones. He really cared and I always felt welcome whenever we hung out. Though we did not connect in person in decades, we connected on Facebook and I loved watching his life milestones. Of one thing I was certain: he cherished his daughters and was so proud of them both. They truly were his most prized accomplishments, even though he had a successful career, his daughters were light of his heart and soul. I am so sorry for his dear and beloved daughters losing their loving Daddy so young and I pray they will take his warmth, resilience, intelligence, passion, and kindness, and be strong at heart to move forward into this world, knowing they were deeply loved, while being the paragons for all the best qualities of their father which live on in each of their characters. My love and prayers go out to Guy's immediate family and dear friends at this time. He is gone, but never forgotten. Rest in peace, sweet Guy.

I will miss you greatly. Our chance meeting, then realizing you knew one of my best friends Scott blow my mind. The world is so small. You were an amazing human being. Your kindness overflowed in abundance. Our long talks showed me the love and admiration you had for your girls.  The love you had for those in your life. The kindness and thoughtfulness you gave was unparalleled. I am devastated you are gone. Guy, you were loved and will be loved forever.

I am so saddened by news of his passing. Guy and I had a few cases together, none of which were trials, and yet he made an indelible impact on me with his good nature, his easy laugh, his appreciation for our work, his commitment to his client and the profession, and how he made me smile right back at him. Back in the day when there were CJA golf outings, I played a round of golf with him and we laughed all day long. I hadn't seen him in a few years, but I know that if we met up, we would have been just where we left off-laughing about something fun and enjoying our time together. Peace to him and to his family.

Guy was a longtime friend to my son Joe. They met in HS, played  varsity baseball together and shared many “adventures.” Guy was smart and a very hard worker. One of my fondest memories of him was sitting with my son, and the third muskateer, Frank, studying for the AP HISTORY exam. Guy was a good person, sensitive loyal and honest.  I’ll miss him. May he Rest In Peace.

I am so sorry to learn of Guy's passing.  We were colleagues and friends who "grew up together" as criminal defense lawyers.  He will be missed by so many colleagues and friends. terrible news. Guy always struck me as an incredibly kind and thoughtful person. he was a few years ahead of me in college and we were in the same fraternity, so I got to know him a tiny bit there through alumni visits, but, in a small world twist, we ended up living in the same, small apartment building in Brooklyn Heights, circa 2003. I loved running into him and his family, all of who seemed lovely. I am sending love to them and thinking fondly of Guy.

I am shocked and saddened to find out that Guy has passed.  We went to HS together. I just scurried to look at the yearbook phots.  Flood of memories.  To the Oskenhendler family, my deepest Condolences.

I was blessed to know Guy and we spent many of our last conversations talking about how proud he was of his two girls.  He adored them and I know he will continue to watch over them from above.
