A visitation for Eddie will be held Monday, April 22, 2019 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Forest Park Chapel, 114-03 Queens Blvd, Forest Hills, NY 11375. A funeral mass will be held on Tuesday, April 23, 2019 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at Our Lady Queen Martyrs, 110-06 Queens Blvd, Forest Hills, NY 11375 with burial to follow at 11:45 AM at the Maple Grove Cemetery, 8315 KEW GARDENS RD, KEW GARDENS, New York 11415-1920.
