Clara Savizky, age 73, of Queens, New York passed away on Wednesday, November 22, 2023.
Clara Haydee Savizky was born on March 8, 1950 in Buenos Aires, Argentina to Paulina Berkovsky and David Trigub. She spent her childhood traveling between Buenos Aires and New York, graduating from Newtown High School in Queens in 1968. Clara married her first love Adrian Savizky and were together for 43 years before her husband died suddenly at the age of 66.
Clara enjoyed spending time with her family, dancing, listening to music, and watching telenovelas (soap operas). She passed away peacefully in her sleep after a short battle with pancreatic cancer. Clara is survived by her son Ruben, her daughter-in-law Meredith, her three grandchildren Benjamin, Rebecca and Annabelle, her sister Felisa, her nieces Nina and Laura, and her nephews Gary, Sebastian, Elio and Axel.
